My inner spirit is a cave man. Wow, just thinking about how much joy living off the land and being self-reliant would bring. While I do appreciate the modern day living, and being able to drive up to a window for a latte, being outdoors is where I feel most at home. I enjoy having to utilize my critical thinking skills to pick the right lines on the river or being quick and responsive to situations that arise from weather and nature. Being outdoors is the best medicine and resets my soul. My favorite outdoor sidekick is my wife of 18+ years. Got an adventure, count me in!

Growing up, I was always outside. My family would camp often and & we were out on the water as much as possible. As an adult, my interests have grown even more and I've gotten into overlanding, hunting, kayaking and sharpening my survival skills. The outdoors has become so much more than a place of entertainment for me. It's where I go to escape reality, deepen my knowledge of the outdoors & spend time with my family and friends. Nature is where I find peace. It's where I find myself.
